Face-to-face Meetings

Face-to-Face Meetings are conducted with your Portfolio Manager at least annually, but can be scheduled at more frequent intervals based on your specific needs and preferences. Regular reviews are important to ensure your portfolio evolves as you progress through life’s stages.


Telephone and Email

Telephone and Email contact is met with a prompt response from a knowledgeable member of our team.

Regular Reporting

Statements are issued by the Custodian and sent either by mail or can be accessed online.

Quarterly Reports are comprehensive and detail returns, cash management and activity. They are available by mail or electronically.


Year-End Tax Packages are prepared and delivered annually.

Our fees are based on a percentage of the assets we manage for you. We receive no other form of compensation. This means you always know exactly what you’re paying, and there are no hidden costs like deferred sales fees or penalties for withdrawing your money.
